Shipping & Returns

Have a return?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please contact us at customercare@earnesthomeco.com.

Full refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase and with original packaging, condition, and receipt. The return must be received by us within that 14 day window to be eligible for a refund. Returns received after 14 days from purchase are available for an exchange or for store credit.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 

When will my package ship?

Orders typically ship within 2 business days after the order is placed. Ground shipping to most US destinations takes approximately 3-5 days. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us at customercare@earnesthomeco.com for shipping options.

 

Can I pick up locally?

If you live in the central Ohio area and would rather pick up your purchase, you’re more than welcome! Just enter the code CBUSLOCAL at checkout to bypass shipping charges. We’ll then email you and schedule a time for your order pick up.

 

Can you ship internationally?
